The story of the Mobility Guardians project
Paris Habitat, a major player in local Parisian life
Paris Habitat is a key player in social housing in Paris and the inner suburbs. Its missions are to build, house, rehabilitate, allocate housing or even ensure a pleasant local living environment. To work on these subjects, Paris Habitat has launched an innovation approach centered on a player deemed to be a priority: building superintendents. First contacting tenants, they provide day-to-day assistance to tenants - including vulnerable people (elderly, disabled, etc.) - administrative management, reporting, security and site maintenance. It therefore seemed essential to properly equip them and integrate them into this innovation process.
The need : to optimize the day-to-day life of goalkeepers
A few years ago, Paris Habitat set up a tool to digitize the daily life of caretakers. However, this tool has had a mixed reception due to numerous technical problems and limited use by goalkeepers. So, how to find a solution in line with the needs of more than 1,100 guards that would help them on a daily basis in the successful performance of their various missions?
The meeting, 2 years ago
It is in this context that the meeting took place, in 2019, between Saegus and Paris Habitat. Challenges ?
1 - Put the goalkeeper at the heart of the process
Explore the tool initially deployed by Paris Habitat to understand what worked well or less well. At the same time, understand the daily life of building superintendents, their missions and human interactions. To then find and create with the guards, solutions that meet their real daily challenges.
2 - While taking into account current and future challenges
Integrate the challenges of Paris Habitat as a major lessor: its current and future role within the urban landscape, the integration of CSR topics into its strategic decisions, the digital transformation of its organization and its relations with its various interlocutors...

The guardian at the heart of the AIM approach
Continuously improve solutions through product usage experiences
Define the deployment strategy and build a change management (adoption) plan
Continuously improve the new solution by collecting feedback from the gatekeepers and taking it into account in the development of additional features or modification of existing features of the application.
Co-create innovation solutions with custodians and people interacting with them. Then prioritize the solutions based on their possible impact.
Realization of prototypes tested and refined by different guardians during feedback from the use of the product
Deployment of a digital and digital MVP * to 1000 employees in 2 months
*MVP (minimum viable product): term used to designate a first version of a product at a lower cost allowing us to test the idea very quickly with our end users and collect their feedback
Build the framework to manage all the projects related to the deployment.
